Owner bred and probably did not go to the sales.
By second season sire that made a very good impression in 2004 with a good
set of sprint 2yos, including early winners. Ok for 6f but a slightly better
record in 2004 at 5f. He has had two 5f winners already in 2005.
Dam unraced and has produced one moderate to average placed 6f 2yo.
Trainer made his name with older sprinters and has previously had only
a few 2yos each season. The debuts used to be 10lbs or more below the final
rating and wins tended to be STO and at peak rating.
However, he seems to have put more emphasis on 2yos on the evidence in
2005 to date. He has run three 2yos and all have won, two on debut as favourites.
They have appeared very ready on debut.
In summary a pedigree of an average sprint 2yo at best on prfile but likely
