Made a high price at the Goffs sales and owned by an important owner for
the stable.
Third season sire made average start with his 2yos in 2003 but had a poor
season with less runners and quality in 2004. He only ever won a 6f himself
and his better types in 2003 were 6f winners. His only winner at 5f has
been in a seller on an uphill course. He has had a minor 5f winner in 2005
in another selling class race uphill.
Dam was a Listed 5f 2yo winner in France and has produced a useful &
precocious 5f 2yo.
Major 2yo trainer has settled into his normal pattern of debut runs mostly
being educational with the better types being able to place and occasionally
win.
Trainer has run two on debut in the race in the last three years and both
have been just above average quality maiden winners. He won the first division
of the maiden today with a 15/2 shot. He is in good form with 6 wins in
the last 5 days.
