Made a solid price at the Tattersalls Ireland sales.
Good sire has a variable record with 2yos and just about average overall.
As a group they tend to be better for development later in the season.
He gets wins at all distances.
Sire has had four runners in 2005 and two have won average 6f maidens on
debut.
Dam a 7f 2yo winner and produced one just above average 6f winner.
Trainer does not target FTO wins and those that win on debut are normally
his best runners (or targeted debuts for specific owners).
He has had 7 FTO wins from 28 runs in 2005 and above his usual rate although
most of those fit the model of being better class 2yos running for one
of the specific owners.
He runs two on debut for 'specific' owner J. Abdullah today, the other
at Thirsk.
In summary an acceptable pedigree for an average maiden winner and probably
ok for 6f. Trainer gets most of his FTO wins by the end of June so still
in the period when he gets occasional debut successes. Profile
