Sire has mixed record with 2yos and gets winners at all distances. Can
get odd early winner but better record from mid season.
First foal of a well related, expensive dam who showed 70+ rating form
over 8f as a 2yo. The low sales price suggests a poor physical specimen
given the acceptable pedigree.
Trainer had first 2yo runners in 2004 and was notable for uncompetitive
debuts and runners probably running too early. Has entered two 2yos for
this race.
In summary, pedigree looks more 6f+ and later season and sales price mostly
negates the positives. Likely to be well below best form on this early

here (well behind Piccostar who is also in the race). Trainer's only other

Showed more pace and zip than her finishing position suggested having made
ground quite quickly downhill well wide but then running a little wider
into the straight before plugging on once balanced again. Trainer doesn't
have a good record of converting minor promise into wins but the type that
some trainers would find a small race she could win. Estimate

Drops to Brighton after two Lingfield AW races where she has handled the
downhill stretch better than the bend. The type that may well press the
pace on in the first half of the race.
The trainer is slightly unlucky because this type of runner can often place
in a weak edition of this race. However, this year there is more depth
to the quality and while being prominent early it's difficult to see her

16/1. Prominent for 3F+ in second then third pace and tracking a
good pace. Around 2L off the duelling pacemakers at halfway. Faded

Ran below expectations at Brighton and probably sat too close to the better
pacemakers. Steps up to 6f here which should be ok on pedigree although
she has shown 5f pace at a low level and not finished races off strongly.
