  • Made lowish to middling price at sales and less than he made as a foal when he did not reach his reserve. Penalised 4lb for the price in this Class 6 Auction race.
  • Sire has a below average record with 2yos and his wins tend to come from July onwards. He also has a better record over 7f but does get 6f winners. He has had 7 unsuccessful runners over 5f in 2005 and has two runners in this first 6f race of the season. 
  • The dam was bred by Hamdan Al Maktoum's stud and is quite well related. She has been culled after showing above average winning form over 8f. She has produced one previous runner who was moderate and sold for a similar price.
  • Trainer targets 2yo racing but had a poor group in 2004 and no winner. He has had three poor runners so far in 2005. He normally identifies his better 2yo types and they make early season debuts. Signs are not encouraging that he has a 'natural' 2yo in 2005 although he may have a less precocious 'better' type.
  • Trainer ran 3 moderate 2yos in the two divisions of the race in 2004.
  • Debuts runs are normally competent and within 10lbs of final rating.
