Made a lowish to middling price at the Tattersalls October part 2 sales.
Reviewed at the sales and rated 64 with a lowish chance of being
a minor 2yo winner. Just below average size but just above medium build.
Acceptably powerful behind.
By a good sire with a notably good 2yo winner to runner record. Sire get
winners at range of distances but solid record at 5-6f and can also get
early runners.
He has had 5 winners over 5-6f in 2005 but only one debut winner from 23
runs which is around his usual percentage.
Dam one of six 2yo winners produced by her dam in 6 years and showed useful
7f form. Her first foal showed poor foem last year.
Trainer does not strongly target 2yo racing and until recently only ran
a few in late season. He does not target strong debuts and aims for STO
wins with his better types.
He has had four debuts in 2005 with two showing some ability by rating
50+ although unplaced and two rating lower. All four have run STO with
the two rated 50+ improving to win STO and the other two well beaten.
Moderate draw in 6 of 16 and likely to be a development run for a 62-72
