  • Made a middling price at the Tattersalls Part 1 sales and the same as the foal level.
  • Sire has ordinary 2yo record and a better record for 6f+ from mid-season. He has not had a debut win in the last 2 seasons.
  • Dam a useful 5f 2yo has been somewhat disappointing for her owners (Cheveley Park) at stud. Her first foal sold quite well but took until 5yo to win after a debut on 2000 Guineas day of her 2yo career. The other foals have included an above average 3yo winner but two others that were sold on after moderate 2yo careers.
  • NH trainer started having a number of 2yos in 2002 and had immediate success with a good group including Howle Hill & Salsalino. This is an early debut for him with late June to early July being a more normal start.
  • He has been notable in the last 3 seasons for having his 2yos fit and ready to compete to a high level within their ability on debut. Places at longer SPs are not uncommon. If a runner shows moderate ability FTO then that's probably what they are. 
  • His first runner 4 days ago finished midfield at 50/1.
  • Poor draw in 3.
