  • Retained at sales.
  • By minor sire who can get 5f 2yo winners although they tend to be from May onwards.
  • Dam was 60s rated sprinter in a very short career. Has produced one moderate placed 2yo that ran for the same trainer.
  • Trainer has good record with older runners but approach with 2yos difficult to assess. Overall record moderate. Earliest debuts often of mixed ability but run to competent level within their ability. 
  • Trainer has two runners in the race and this one the possible first string on jockeys but D Gibson may be riding this one because he can make the low weight (8-2).

  • Had the trainer's normal first choice jockey on and opened at 25/1. However he received some each-way support to 12/1 and shorter than the trainer's other runner (The History Man). This is not unusual for the trainer's runners and he often has two runners in a race and they often finish the 'wrong way around'.
