Retained for poor price at the Doncaster October sales.
First 2yo runner for a very minor first season sire who probably had very
few foals. He has a very good pedigree, being a full brother to Group 1
Montjeu, but was only a minor 11f 3yo winner.
Dam is well related to a useful 5f 2yo but showed only moderate form herself
at 2yo when with R Hannon.
Trainer has run 1-5-1 2yos in the last three years and none have shown
worthwhile form. They have tended to to be 10lbs+ below their best on debut
and tend to peak STO.
