Racing Summary
DATE PROFILE/COMMENTS
March 19th: Entered for -
Lingfield 5f (AW)
Conditions Race (D1)
  • Poor sales price even for DOC sales.
  • By first season sire who made later season debut over 7f before a successful switch to 6f. Showing more speed than his pedigree promised. Made moderate impression at sales. B2yor reviewed 5 of his yearlings and four were small and moderate.
  • Dam has a mixed record and produced a useful 6f 2yo in 2004 but that one sole for 38k gns.
  • Trainer has a simple strategy of getting runners very fit and ready for the first races of the season and runners will be close to their best.
  • In summary, although ready this one likely to be too low quality to be competitive and looks like the owner trying to get some positives in a Conditions race for a filly they may breed from. Profile [41]
  • March 31st : Declared
    5f Conditions - Brocklesby
    at Doncaster
  • Did not run at Lingfield, possibly balloted out.
  • Trainer has regular runners in this race and has had one surprise place in a rain/draw affected race..
  • Trainer runs two fillies in this race. This one has a senior jockey while the other has a 3lb apprentice.
  • In summary likely to be ready on debut but not good enough. Profile [41]
  • March 31st: Doncaster
    Post Race
  • Was being walked to post by the jockey (probably dropped him) and got loose from him and did a circuit of the course backwards then let herself get caught. She was withdrawn.
  • April 7th: Declared for
    Leicester 5f Maiden
  • Both trainer's runners in the Brocklesby gave trouble going to post and this one was withdrawn. Both of those runners are declared for this race and both with apprentices riding. Profile [41]
  • April 7th: Leicester
    Post Race
  • Paddock review rating 57. One of the fittest in the group and medium size although lacking build Lacked athleticism.
  • Withdrawn after getting loose on debut but behaved acceptably here (where her stablemate delayed the race instead.)

  • Looked a limited 50s type and a moderate fourth in a slow race. No particular interest. Second string of trainer's pair on SP. Estimate [42]
    June 7th: Salisbury
    6f Auction
  • Poor form on debut and returns at 6f after a 2 month break with a 5lb apprentice. Other filly she made her debut with has run since and been beaten in a seller. Profile [42 + 12 = 54]
