  • Owner bred by M Obaida who raced the dam and Sheikh Albadou.
  • Sire has had an increased number of 2yos runners in 2003-4 (possibly due to the success of Fantastic Light). He gets winners at all distances and a good record overall and solid quality.
  • Sire has had a FTO 5f winner in a tough maiden with his only runner to date.
  • Dam was a useful 6f 2yo and improve further over longer distances at 2yo. She has produced a 6f 2yo winner who won on debut in May.
  • Major trainer does not target debut wins and those he gets are usually with superior types and more likely later in the season. However, his first 2yo winner of the season has won in the last 2 seasons although the other earlier debuts have been more typical. 
  • This is the fifth 2yo runner of the season following a debut 4th (backed to 4/1) at York last week; a winner at Newbury (backed to 5/1) and two unplaced debuts in the last week.
