May 11th: Newcastle 6f Maiden	Made poor price at Tattersalls part 2 sales. By first season sire who made later season debut over 7f before a successful switch to 6f. Showing more speed than his pedigree promised. Made moderate impression at sales. Sire has had one moderate 5f winner so far from two previous runners Dam was a very precocious 5f winner and has produced one poor early April 5f 2yo. Small stable has run a small number of poor 2yos in the last two seasons and nor has shown form rated at 55+. All debuts have been well beaten at longer SPs. The only winner was 3TO in a claimer at 33/1. Profile [30]
June 3rd: Thirsk 5f Maiden	100/1 on debut at Newcastle, more than 5L behind at halfway and faded from there. Estimate [0] His was a typical trainer debut and worth noting he has had a FTO winner in a claimer since showing 60ish form. Drops back to 5f but no reason to expect much better. Profile [25]
