  • Made a solid price at the Goffs sales but notably less than the better types the dam has produced.
  • By second season sire who made poor to moderate start with 2yos in 2004 getting mainly poor seller level wins including at 5f in early season. 
  • He has had two poor runners in 2005.
  • Old dam has produced 5 winners over a long career with a 10f 3yo Group 3 winner the best. Her last winner was her 1997 foal.
  • Major trainer does not target FTO wins and they tend to come along with better types. He has made a slow start to 2005 but has now had four winners and the recent debuts have been solid while lacking the final 'edge'. 
  • He has had one FTO winner in a weak Windsor race from 27 debuts so far with another 10 placed. Overall, he seems to lack a strong group of sprint 2yos unless he's got some better types still to debut before Royal Ascot.
  • Trainer has used the race for moderate 2yos in the last two years when it was run over 5f. He runs two today and this is the second string.
  • In summary the dam has seem better days but could still produce an average type but possibly not a good sign he debuts at 6f when the trainer will find the 5f speed if he had it.   • 25/1 at Goodwood in a race with a good pace where three of the four pacemakers were the last three home. 4L off the lead at halfway and made a breif effort but then outpaced and faded. Estimate [50]
  • Topweight and gives 2lb+ to the others. Trainer run 3 and he appears the third string on jockeys. Profile [63]
