May 2nd: Kempton 5f Maiden	Made poor price at Tattersalls Ireland sales. By a fourth season sire who made a solid start in 2002 with 2yos and can get early 5f winners. His record has declined in the common way in the last two seasons as he has had less chances. He had a cheap filly make a good debut at Hamilton yesterday. Dam was a cheap sales buy and won over 6f at seller level. Trainer gets his 2yos fit and professional ready for the start of the season. It's probable that we've seen the best of his early debuts for the season. He runs two on debut in this race and this may be the second string. In summary a 50s rated sprint type at best although likely to be ready on debut. Profile [48]
May 28th: Doncaster 6f Maiden	33/1 on debut in an over-rated 5f race. 2L off an avearge pace then outpaced for 3L by better types as race pressed on and plugged on.
