  • Made a very high price at the Keeneland September sales and nearly twice the amount of his half brother who raced for the same connections in 2004.
  • By second season sire who made a good start with his 2yos in 2004. However, they were not a precocious group and showed better form for 7f and the second half of the season. He only had two uncompetitive runners over 5f and the first win (6f) was not until June 23rd.   
  • He has had four uncompetitive runners over 5-6f before this one. 
  • Dam a sprint winner in the US produced an 8f 2yo winner with her previous foal. He made an August debut over 7f here and finished second at 4/1.
  • Seventh debut (+ one withdrawn) for major 2yo trainer with the best of resources. He targets maiden wins in the first two runs and the better 2yos step up to high class races. FTO runs are normally competent and the better runners can win & place.  
  • The early debuts have been patchy in 2005 and have not settled into usual standard yet. 3 of previous 6 have finished in the first 2 but without putting up strong peformances (in moderate to average races). The other three have been inexperienced and/or poor.
  • Ridden by T Queally with Dettori banned and McEvoy at the York meeting. 
  • In summary the stable are likely to get going soon and a runner of this quality is unlikely to be out unless he has shown reasonable ability.  Estimate [72]
