Made a good price at the Tattersalls Part 1 sales.
Good sire has a variable record with 2yos and just about average overall.
As a group they tend to be better for development later in the season.
He gets wins at all distances.
Sire has had five runners in 2005 and two have won average 6f maidens on
debut. Another has won over 7.5f STO after a placed 6f debut.
Dam showed just average winning from over 8f.
Trainer does not target 2yo racing strongly and has a moderate record.
His number of wins has decreased in recent seasons possibly because of
illness in the stable. He is notable for rarely getting FTO winners.
However, he has had four second places from eight FTO runs to date. Two
of those have won STO. The latest two debuts were uncompetitive over 7f
and it is probable that he will revert to his normal debut level at some
point after the early batch of mor enatural 2yos.
In sumamry a solid but unproven pedigree and likely that the trainer's
