  • Made a middling price at the Tattersalls October Part 2 sales but topweight in this Class 6 Auction race.
  • Sire has good record with 2yos and regularly gets examples of precocious 5-6f winners. He has made a reasonable start to 2005 with  three 5f winners and one at 6f.
  • Dam a precocious 5f 2yo for the main trainer of that type for many years. She won five races by June 15th of her 2yo career and had finished her winning by then and retired soon after. She has produced one 5f winner who showed his best form at 2yo.
  • Trainer does not target FTO wins and those that win on debut are normally his best runners (or targeted debuts for specific owners).  He has had 8 FTO wins from 30+ runs in 2005 and above his usual rate although most of those fit the model of being better class 2yos running for one of the specific owners. 
  • His last 12 debuts have included one debut win (at 50/1 which he owns and bred) and 5 places which is close to his normal record.
