  • Made a lowish price at the Tattersalls Part 2 sales.
  • Reviewed at the sales and rated 64. Notably small but with a good build for the size. An ok mover and attitude.
  • Sire has just an average record with 2yos given the opportunities he has had and few of quality. He normally gets runners that need 6f+ and time to develop. His 5f winners in 2004 were in poor races and/or on soft ground. 
  • His two runners in 2005 have included an untypically fast 5f 2yo.
  • Dam has a quite stout pedigree and showed poor form on her only run.
  • Trainer uses common strategy of trying to win a maiden in the first two runs with 2yos and then step the better types up to Conditions+ races.  
  • The debuts tend to be competent and to a good level within the 2yos ability. In 2004 they seemed to have their runners slightly more ready on debut and got two early FTO wins.  
  • Of the two previous debuts in 2005 one drifted in the market and showed some inexperience and finished 4th.  The other lost four lengths at the start and also looked inexperienced but stayed on to win a moderate race.
  • In summary probably a low 60s rater at best although competitive at that level. Unlikely to have the natural ability level to compete strongly on a normal trainer debut preparation.  Profile [49 + 4 = 53]
