6f Maiden Fillies' |
Made a solid price at the Tattersalls Ireland sales.
Second season sire made ok start in 2004 with 13 winners but short on quality.
Ok for 6f but runners tended to be better from mid-season onwards.
Has had two 5f winners in 2005, one on debut.
Dam a superior sprint winner has produced a similar sprint 2yo and a useful
staying 2yo.
Trainer does not target 2yo racing stroungly and has a moderate reord.
His number of wins has decreased in recent seasons possibly because of
illness in the stable. He is notable for rarely getting FTO winners.
However, he has had three second places from four FTO runs to date. One
has won STO. His earliest debuts tend to compete a little better than his
average (being more natural 2yo runners) but the record suggest some combination
of a better group and/or better readiness.
In summary a solid pedigree to produce a 6f 2yo. May be a little more forward
than trainer's average over the years. Profile [59]

Withdrawn at Redcar. Threw the jockey in the paddock and then taken onto
the course and he tried to mount her htere. As soon as let loose by the
lad she reared again and jockey jumped off. He decided he'd had enough
and she was led back to the parade rind and unsaddled [the Jockey had been
lucky not ot be injured when a horse fell on the tarmac at Doncaster with
him 2 days earlier. Later that afternoon the Godolphin 2yo he was due to
ride panicked in the stalls and was withdrawn.]
Trainer has had another placed debut since her withdrawal. Profile
