Unsold for a low bid at the Tattersalls Breeze-up sales in April. 2yo prices
tend to be higher than yearlings so a poorer price in that context.
First season sire made good impression at sales and yearlings sold well.
B2yoR reviewed 29 of his yearlings and they were a good group and he should
have a good 2005.
Sire won over 7f at 2yo but reverted to a top class sprinter at 3yo. He
has had two runners in 2005. One ran poorly on debut before showing good
form STO and the other ran a good debut third on soft ground.
Small trainer targets 2yo racing and his earliest runners tend to include
his best 2yo(s) and they usually compete well on debut. However, this is
his second runner of the season and his better 2yos usually run by early
April. The two runners in 2005 have competed poorly at 66/1 on debut, one
at this, his local, course.
In summary almost certainly a poor to moderate type. Profile [28]
