  • Made a high price at the Doncaster St Leger sales.
  • By good sprint sire who can get early runners but better types tend to have some size and develop through season. 
  • Sire has had moderate start to 2005 with one placed run from six runners. 
  • Dam was a high class sprint 2yo with R Hannon and won the Lowther. She won over 7f at Group 3 level at 3yo. He career at stud has been patchy and has produced only two winners. One sold for a similar price and was a useful 7f 2yo.
  • NH trainer had his first 2yos in 2004 with the variety of expensive horses purchased by G. Wylie. He made good use of these. The earliest debuts included the better runners and two FTO winners. 
  • He had his first debut on 2005 six days ago that put up a strong placed performance at 4/1. The second debut was well beaten at 18/1.
  • In summary presumably another good type produced by the dam (at last) and the sire can get useful sprint 2yos. The trainer has the better 2yos ready to perform to a high level FTO and SP may well be of some assistance.  Profile [69 + 7 = 76]

  • 9/4 at Newcastle in an average Novice race run at a good pace. 3L off the leader at halfway, made progrees through to 3rd by 1f out but stalled and plugged on and a little fade late. Estimate [65]
  • Form on debut not good enough to suggest he can develop to be competitive here. Trainer had two entries at the 5 day stage with R. Winston down to ride Masta Plasta. It's likely that he will now run in the Norfolk Stakes and this one a back up.  Profile [84]
