Above basement price for DOC sales.
Reviewed at sales and small but with okish build for small size. Rated
59 but not seen as a likely competitive 2yo unless at low level.
Sire has reasonable record with 2yos although signs of it slightly declining
after a very good start. Can produce early 5f winners but as a general
rule they tend to develop and win from May onwards. The 3 wins before May
in 2003-4 have been split as two by the useful La Cucharacha and one in
a poor, draw affected race at Beverley.
Dam has ok pedigree and expensive at sales but was limited to 60ish ratings
over 6f.
Trainer has only had one 2yo runner in 2004 and that was with a filly that
had run three times for another trainer so no information on his approach
to debut runs.
In summary a pedigree which suggests a minor winner later in the season
at best and sales review suggest that would be at selling level and not
quite up to this race standard even if ready on debut. Profile

Non runner at Warwick but runs on AW three days later (was the ground an
issue at Warwick?).
Trainer had a runner in the Warwick seller on the same day that this one
was a non runner. Blue Army was the least fit in that field and ran in
midfield in a weak race. Leave the profile rating where it was but doubts

This was her trainer's second 2yo debut and was much readier and more competitive
than the earlier runner in a seller. She has prospects to be a minor winner

each-way support. New trainer so limited evidence about any improvement

Produced professional performance to win STO here - Estimate [62]. Beat
Kung Hei who had finished further behind Danjet when both had made their
debuts on the same course.

10/1 and ran to expectations in a fast 5f Conditions race at Lingfield
LTO. Three lengths off the good pace at halfway and outpaced as the better
types quickened into the straight and kept on to show similar form to her
previous runs. Estimate [64]
Switches to turf for the first time after three Lingfield AW wins although
was a non runner at Warwick on her intended debut.. Penalised 6lb for her
STO win and gives 1lb to the newcomer colts. On profile she has little
