Made poor price at Tattersalls part 2 sales.
Sire has average 2yo record but can get early 5f runners and winners tend
to be competitive on debut. He has already had a STO winner in 2005.
Dam showed acceptable placed form over 5f at 2yo. This is her first foal.
Trainer has a moderate record with 2yos and tends to have overly high opinions
of them. Debut until 2003 tended to be uncompetitive and around 20lbs below
final rating. In 2004 the debuts seemed to be more competent and included
a debut win in a poor race by his best 2yo. Lower SPs (9/1 or less) tend
to indicate runners with some ability.
In 2003 the trainer used this race to introduce a 2yo who was unplaced
at 12/1. This runner eventually won over 8f in the last week of the season

late season winner. Ran a typical debut and driven to track the solid pace
after losing a length with a slow pickup (the break was ragged overall
though). Outpaced and faded from 2f out and no obvious promise.

Finished with poor runners at Yarmouth and never showed the pace to really
