Made a middling price at the Goffs sales and similar to her half sister
that the trainer raced in 2004.
Sire now in his fourth season and made good impression in 2002 with his
first 2yos. After two ok seasons with less runners this season should see
him with more runners in recognition of the good start in 2002. He can
get early 5f types.
Sire has already had a two 5f winners and a good placer as well as a batch
of moderate 2yos. Both winners have been on debut.
Dam was unraced at 2yo and showed poor placed form in only three runs at
3yo. Her first foal was a placed 2yo showing moderate to average form over
6f.
Major 2yo trainer does not target strong debuts and the FTO wins are usually
from useful+ 2yos. He has only had one debut win in 2005 from more than
20 runners by a filly who placed in a listed race NTO.
He used the race in 2004 to introduce one of his better sprint fillies
who won on debut and ran at Royal Ascot NTO.
In summary a solid pedigree to produce a 70ish rated sprint 2yo and reasonable
precocious. Profile [64]
