Relatively cheap price for the Tattersalls Ireland sale but an above average
price for the trainer (poor record with more expensive purchases.)
Sire has an average record with 2yos since repatriated. Can get 5f and
early runners and winners.
Dam unraced and by a notably unprecocious sire. Has produced a full brother
which hasn't raced to 3yo so a relatively good sign this one is ready to
run. She has produced two 2yos rating in the 60s over longer distances.
Trainer gets his modest 2yos ready early but debut runs are uncompetitive.
In summary an unpromising pedigree for anything other than a minor 60s
winner at best and wont be ready to compete to that level on debut.

A surprise on Paddock Review and rated 71.
Smallish to medium size and slightly underpowered but had something about
him. This was probably the way he held himself and good movement in front.
Average fitness on debut and should progress to 70+ rating.
In the race he performed well above expectations both in mental readiness
and final performance.
A performance of this type on debut by a runner for this trainer is a very
good sign that this is a 70+ winner and paddock review supports that view.

A break of two and a half months since a promising debut by trainer standards.
He normally targets educational debuts and aims for STO wins. This year
he had two placed debuts in the first three early runs. One of those (Dune
Melody) has not really improved from debut and took until 5TO to win stepped
up to 6f. In general his moderate 2yos have also shown little improvement
from debut rating.
In summary difficult to place with the long break suggesting a physical
