  • Did not reach his reserve at the Doncaster St Leger sales. Lower bid than the previous two foals have sold for including a full brother.
  • Reviewed at the sales and rated 65. Above average size and build and quite fit for the sales. Quite lengthy and movement behind a little weak.
  • Sire has an average record with his British runners. Wins tend to be at 7f from June onwards and only gets the occasional 6f winner. 
  • Dam has produced a full brother that did not race at 2yo and a poor AW winner.
  • New trainer in 2003 has had very few 2yo runners and most have been cheap buys or claimed from other trainers. None of the three 2004 runners showed worthwhile form so his strategy with debut runners is unknown.
  • In summary an acceptable review and pedigree to produce a competitive 2yo rating 65-75. Trainer is presumably targeting this race for the owner breeder and he was notably fit just for the sales so ought to be pretty ready here. Profile [68 + 3 = 71]
