Made good price at Irish sales.
Until this season the sire had moderate record with 5f winners and 2yos
tended to need time to develop. So far he has had a 5f and 5.3f winners
for M Channon although neither put up real 'speed' 5f performances.
Dam was unraced until 4yo but show useful form over 9f. This is her first
foal.
Good trainer has a well above average record with 2yos. He looks to win
a maiden in the first two runs and then step the better 2yos up to conditions
races or higher. He assesses 2yos at home and debut runs are usually competent
and places are common and the better 2yos an win on debut
The trainer had a strong finishing second in a moderate Haydock maiden
with his first runner 3 days ago.
In summary likely to be an average 2yo winner at least and a short SP would
be a real indicator of better ability. Should be ready to compete on debut.
Penalised 4lb for her sales price. Profile [66 - 4 = 62]

5f Maiden Fillies' |
Drifted to 10/1 at Bath and no positive vibes. Race run in slow time on
softish going. Slightly hampered and made an effort to get to midfield
before fading and finished 17th. Estimate [1]
Trainer's early debuts have been a mix of types. She was the second debut
after a filly who has now won a Listed race. The debut after her has been
an expensive but limited colt who has been beaten in three maidens. Ought
to improve for the break and for better ground but probably an average
type at best. Profile [56]
