- 1983 foal trained by W Hastings-Bass, won 5 races at 5-6f at 2yo, placed in 6f Group 3 at 3yo. Won 5 from 6 races at 2yo but never ran in a Listed or Pattern race, finished season with three nursery wins between Sep 17th and Oct 21st.
- To stud in 1988 and has sired the winners of around 600 races, mainly at ordinary level but with highlights such as the full brothers Sampower Star & Fire Up The Band who are both Group race winning sprinters out of the mare Green Supreme. His most notable runner was an oddity in Millkom. He had a minor sprint 2yo pedigree and won five races in the French provinces at that age. He developed as a 3yo to win a Group 1 over 12f in France and later won the Grade 1 Man 'O War Stakes in the US.
- In common with many old sires he is rarely used these days and has a limited number of representatives. Most runners are moderate but gets examples of better runners usually from a small group of mares at the Manor House Stud, most notably Green Supreme (dam of 2005 Group winning 2yo Strike Up The Band) and her mother - Pea Green (dam of Skyharbor who was his best runner in 2003). The other link between most of this set is the trainer D. Nicholls.
- Gets winners at 5-6f from April onwards. One yearling offerred for sale in 2006 and unsold.
