- Won 5 races at 5-6f between 2yo to 6yo. First season sire in 2002 and made a good impression with 6 winners from 18 runners and, more importantly, some of good quality. That first crop included all of his best runners to date highlighted by Group 2 5f 2yo Wunders Dream and older Group winning sprinter Avonbridge (owner bred by D. J. Deer who owned Averti). Those two were backed up by useful 2yos The Lord (winner of the first 2yo race that season), Avening & Golden Jade (in Italy).
- The smaller crops of 2003-4 produced before the good start contained only minor sprint winners. 2005 saw a larger number of runners but only a single winner and no quality. There were as many as 54 of his yearlings sold in 2005 for an average around 14,000gns. The size of the crop an indication of the impact he made in 2002. However the 2yos results in 2005 raise questions over what oo expect from the large 2006 group. [Averti is now deceased]
- A just below average return in 2006 for winners to runners and strike rate. Most winners at average level with a Listed victory for Dazed And Amazed the best result. 39 yearlings sold in 2006 for an average of 28,000 guineas.
