- Younger half brother of 8f Group 1 winner Bahri. Won all three races at 2yo all at 7f. Maiden July 9th, conditions race and Group 2 Champagne Stakes. Placed only at 3-4yo. To stud in 1999 and shuttles between Ireland
and New Zealand.
- Moderate to average record with limited number of 2yos following a larger first season group in 2002. Winners from July onwards at 6-8f. Notable that 2yos tend to develop with racing and his debut runners have a poor record. No better quality types in Britain and interesting to note that an average winner from his 2002 crop (Katdogawn) has become a Grade 2 winner
on turf in the US (the regularity with which this 'metamorphosis' occurs suggests the majority of US Graded Stakes turf racing is British Listed Race standard).
