SUMMARY

2An average to moderate field on profile. But, a solid time if Good was correct. Only a little slower than Elusive Wave on GGF in 2008. Field raced 5-6 wide of stands' rail. Solid early pace and general effort towards 2F out & solid test of abilities.
1st 6 through Hf in 1st 6 places & 7th+ horses mostly lesser types on profile & many added inexperience. Hot Pursuits tubby & fizzy attitude in prelims & similar in race. Some progress late on & trainer's 'Lost' debuts can blossom STO. Baoli late TP after resaddling & nervous attitude. Never going & faded. Might be better but NOT a certain STO improver.
La Pantera light framed & took time to get going as leaders made efforts. Once going finished strongly & a good chance she can improve further & rate higher. Seems to have rangy movement & staying engine above her physique's promise.
Cole pair 1st & 4th through halfway. Velvet Band small & neat & travel best. Made most ground as 2F out effort started & got to lead. Faded badly late uphill like a non-stayer but the forward move made looked real perhaps drop to 5f. Falling Angel passed by VB off comfortable lead but stay on better to re-pass her.
FIFOut look ok sz but plain. Attended average pace ok & some response before outpaced & stall. Prob OR65-74 ability. Anjomarba look small in field and early advantage of her readiness already disappearing. OR will decrease & struggle to win. A&Ecstasy always in 6th & no progress with effort but not fade.
