SUMMARY
 2Rain changed the going from GF to GS before the meeting began. Coming to the stands' side in the straight looked to be an advantage at the meeting. In this race only Deal & Aalsmeer came over with Deal furthest across. Others stayed far side to centre.
The pace of the race also seemed to have an effect on the result. VH & TInv pressed on early & set a solid pace for the conditions. The pace set saw the 1st 4 through halfway fade back & 1st 2 home came from 8th & 6th at 3-4L+ at Hf.
Deal small but solid build & seemed limited. Dropped in comfortably from wide draw at 4L+ off lead. Came widest in straight to add another advantage. Staying on at finish & some improvement but how much help?
Aalsmeer not settled on day. Reared in stalls & took time to get going in early race. Never going comfortably. Cam centre to stands' side in straight but going less well than Deal & mor elightly built. Below form but Marygate 3rd perhaps in weak Listed race.
TInv second string to Aalsmeer. Ran freely again and did best of pacemakers. 1L clear to final furlong although stalling when jumped path. Has pace & enough size & still developing.
Val C solid size & just ok run here off pace and made ground slowly in straight. 6f prob.
EThought FTO for trainer who ran good filly 3rd in it last year. Never involved & look too green. Check NTO.
VBand small & lack scope. Broken by pace here again. Did not stay 6f FTO & OR70ish at 5f.
VHall 1st Prescott 2yo. Early ones usually winners S-4TO.
