SUMMARY

2Firm going at unwaterable Bath. A quicker time for the race but this seemed to owe a lot to the ground. The pace seemed average & the weaker ones on profile not that far back at the finish.
DTMary the 4th FTO winner of year for trainer & his pre-run preparation seems more sure than previous years. But, DTM not look wound up & showed some inexperience when in the lead. Seemed to win comfortably despite the lack of tuning on natural ability. Showed a rangy movement in front. Through Hf in 2nd at 1 length of leader. Comfortable progress to lead and an unpressed finish. Can rate higher.
TTiger probably beaten by a slight bigger & better horse anyway but not helped by a hold up ride in medium pace race. 4th at Hf & 2L off DTM. Not pick up as quickly as her in later race and Jk accept getting to 2nd in last 1F & not try to close on winner.
MSeren. set medium pace and not lose much ground. Trainer's 2yos improving STO this year but seems too close to make this srong form.
Just ok promise from TCHat & ahead of TTig at Hf & lose ground.
Nep. break ok but held back on the rail after 1F & not able to get that ground back in this race shape. Some promise.
HB soon outpaced & looks small & limited.
