SUMMARY

2Recent rain made going GGS. But, fields raced stands' side in straight when they normally go centre to far side with easier going. This race only 0.63s slower than Colts in Conditions Race with YW 3lbs less.
Early pace look moderate but race started soon after halfway & spread lesser types out ok. Despite time proximity to better race this looked a OR70s group at the front, at best. Winner ok to follow onto 6f & Bramshill Lady not wound up & can improve to OR70s. PofGold & behind look small & limited ones & WDaffodil also small. Ellmollell not ready in condition and mentally cowed when in Prelims & sweating on neck. A typical late OR60s development project for trainer that he will win a race with.
Apart from Ellmollell field packed into 3L spread at halfway with MMOne leading. Race start soon after intersection & WD take lead near rail and clear into last 1F. Roll off rail & allow YW to run through to comfortable win. YW taller but narrow bodied & bouncy attitude in prelims. WD the opposite & lethargic attitude & look less well. Miss Lesley race centre & recover form slow start to back of group behind early modest pace. Make forward effort to 3rd wide before stalling. Compact little bull sprinter shape. Prob OR60s & suspect form.
Hughes rode WD & YW drift in Market but closeness of SPs suggest similar ability & close choice for Hughes. On Prelims YW the preferable type if less 5f 'now' type.
