SUMMARY

Going at SGS overnight and changed to HVS in morning after heavy overnight showers. Light rain started after Race 3 and continued, heavier at times, beyond the meeting end. Going changed from HVS to HV after Race 6 (of 8). This Race 4.
Races suggested getting to Stands' Rail in straight a real advantage. Inside course in use and races on round course raced progressively wider in back straight and on the bend then cutting over to compete to get onto the stands' rail early in the home straight.
