SUMMARY

2mm of rain overnight and Going Good having been GFG on previous day. Time 0.49s faster than filly Idiom previous evening with MIT carrying 3lbs more. Slight ease in official going but times of 6f handicaps on each day suggest not much difference between the two days.
Field split into 2 here with winner racing alone on stands' rail for much of last 2F with nothing being able to lead further. Jockey of MIT said his side was 2-3L down on the far side at halfway. He had to go to the lead on his side early to chase the other Group.
Halfway positions versus final placings suggest pace a bit too strong and allowed 'Winners' on both sides to come from 4-5L back of lead at halfway.
Some minor promise from Mr Shifter making places late on after getting blocked and losing ground 2F out. Reliable trainer & check STO.
