SUMMARY

Rail still out from normal position. Clerk Of Course interveiwed before racing with racing delayed by 30 minutes. Water had spilled onto the ground near the stands' rail at the 1F+ mark so a temporary rail was being installed. Another ugly bulge of rail. In the interview he said the overall rail being out from it's normal position would be in place for the whole season. He said the ground under the original rail had become very compacted so the season 'Off' would give them a chance to work on it. The rail would be back to full width in 2011 and the safety limit would would return to 18 having been cut to 16 this year.
This developed into a Comedy race with two runners withdrawn at the start and then the only vague opponent to Remotelinx left in the race (PS) starting slowly and then losing ground after 0.5f through cluelessness. Remained green throughout the race but managed to raise enough of a response to get to 2nd & improve well enough when he wises up.
