SUMMARY

Light rain after dry spell. Runners kicking divots up.
Stiff pace and two of three pressers in leading line fade. Each-way support for Earl Wild and ran well for a newcomer to attend the leading line from a wide draw and finish the race off best of those that did.
Alben Star helped by missing the break by 2L and sitting off the pace and getting a clear run in the centre.
Miss Mediator shuffled back on the rail and unbalanced as that happened. Sat off the pace because of that which was a help but then had to work out to centre track to get a clear run as the leading line folded back toward her.
