SUMMARY

Only a run of just over 1F from stalls to the bend and draw can be important.
Silvertrees first winner of season for trainer Swinbank and a stable to take seriously and regularly finds better types with cheaper buys. FTO win not uncommon but this sort of Market support not typical with debuts. Drawn well and able to control race leading on the rail. Upped the pace by 3F out which applied enough pressure after the jog around the bend to the 4f+ straight to stretch the field out fully by the finish.
Splash Point clear second best and caught 3-4 wide around the bend. Only horse to make a real forward move from behind and closed up to 2nd by 2F out and a strong effort to pull clear with the winner.
Long gaps back and a long tail of uncompetitive ones. Adlington might be the wrong side of the Changeover Point and the Garbage Gap not far behind hime. 4th+ not look Open Maiden types and perhaps OR64-9 in 4-5th.
Not a race to spend much time looking for promise behind. Minor interes tin how Climaxfortackle develops. First 2yo runner of season for trainer who has had a single 2yo winner in the last 6 seasons. So, not one to expect to develop soon. Trainer tends to target wins on AW in the winter and this one more an 8f maiden winner at Southwell in Nov-Dec you would think.
