SUMMARY

Race seemed to play out like an average, or slightly slower, pace and a 2f sprint in the straight.
MissC finish 5th but probably ran ok. Up to 6f from 5f and ran like a filly that failed to stay. Made an ok effort off her softer lead but hung right and stalling by the last 1F and clearly fading later on and not getting home.
OWO hanging left on a couple of occasions and making an average effort until stalling late. Similar comments about Hortensia and these three all smaller fillies lacking physical scope who are usable OR marks, at best, and may need some relief as their lack of scope unwinds.
All three run down by a bigger colt of a similar mark and more scope. Took time to reel in the nippy fillies but comfortably on top by the end. Raced widest in straight and 2 wide around the bend.
ODrift has looked a difficult ride in previous runs and races with his head high. Showed that early then settled down. But, head in the air when asked for the 2F out effort and no forward response. Looking like a horse feeling something or struggling to breathe. Not fading at the finish and needs 'fixing' in some way and probably 7f. Looking back over his runs he has put his head up and got unblanced whenever he is put under pressure.
GMD not look that willing and another smaller filly doing as much as she felt necessary to avoid getting into real trouble but without exerting herself.
AB has run much too freely on his last two runs and got tired late on. The advantage being a usable OR mark. Hauled back from a wide draww and settled in behind here. Able to make his effort late on and still going forward to the line. Shape of race with a 2F sprint meant he had to wait until very late on to overhaul the stalling smaller girls to get to 2nd. But, a positive in settling and seeing his rac eout.
