SUMMARY

SSands got away with easy lead and able to resist challenges from other three in first four in the straight. The most willing of the 4 on appearances. PP ridden to get the 7f and did pretty well to make 2L+ on the winner in the straight given the pace set-up. Mostly willing.
DSgot behind early by blundering out of the stalls and veering left to crunch into the rails like he hadn't seen them. Slower pace meant he got back to the group ok and made a move wider to the bend to the straight at 2F out which is usually a positive. Plug on ok in the straight without showing anything different. Stalling late and not finishing as well as the first two.
CafeEx ran a bit free early but a tame effort in the straight. Never fading and dropping to the back of the leading three but then trundling along on the back of them. More than a hint he was thinking about it and not fully competing.
