SUMMARY

Interesting race. LHero has run well the last 2 runs but beaten by better class types. Without that sort in field and able to control the race in front put up the sort of effort he has been threatening. Lacking strong opposition for the day but this looked like an improved effort by a horse in top condition and interesting to see how he goes in a Nursery if it is 'soon'.
Solid to Good debut by PBoy who was very green throughout the race. Solid forward effort to get to second. Trainer running a 30% STO and seems a good prospect.
JS got shuffled back and had to make effort wide but an unexciting forward effort and medium sized at most.
Couple in the ruck of vague interest for sometime. Probably as 3yo handicapper for CGold whose trainer does not really like 2yo racing and prefers 3yo+ handicapping. Withdrawn on intended debut when panicking in the stalls. Had to pass a stalls test to get here and trainer said he would be happy if the filly went in the stalls and raced. He has said int he past he thinks she is up to winning and showed promise in getting to second and hanging onto the pace and effort of the winner 3rd best behind PB. Fading quickly which hides that.
Silver Angel given a very easy time on debut. Long SP here so presumably a Channon development project is any use at all. Showed some ability in an unusual way. Veered off to the right early from a wide draw and probably 10L drift. Camera angle changes soon afterwards and you would expect her to be off the back if she hasn't disappeared through a rail. But, there she is hanging onto the back of the group. Showing some zip to recover. Never quite faded while never looking that willing. See how she develops.
