SUMMARY

PSour supported throughout day as if well in on OR. Ridden to try to win but minimize the OR hike. Solid run by LCap despite trying to turn right back down the loop at 2.5f out but not well in off his OR.
Race fell apart bhind that. SStar a competent run but not finishing the race off given a more prominent ride in a better race. Menadati never really going forward and head held high for most of race.
Last three all perform poorly with Takeaway effort reported as an WTRB due to the sorter going. Had run poorly on it STO. Algurayn has OR69 for 4th in a very slow race at Yarmouth and simply has never run to that level. 40/1 showed no-one other than the handicapper thinks he is worth OR69. Appeared to pack it in early anyway. Odd ride by jockey on DV again. Ok start but then hauled back in several bouts in the first 2f+ to end up last with the jockey doing nothing and you would presume the bit had slipped. Nothing reported on day but a ride that ought to have invited stewards' questions if the jockey felt there was nothing worth reporting.
