SUMMARY

Stiff, gusty, headwind on the day.
Stall Stands' rail. Field form up in Centre track in three pairs with SRose in behind the last pair. Barely an average pace to halfway.
Moderate quality for a Group 2 and WM just had to do what she did at Newmarket in her previous race to win. Gave a similar beating to the placed horses here as she did LTO when they finished 4-5th behind her. Again showed the strong surge as in her previous races and looked more potent here. Would have won by another 2L+ but for being eased down. Clearly has a weapon that would enable her to compete at the Top level (using 'Top' correctly to mean Group 1 and not just a 'Listed' race as is commonly done).
AM has always run like a stayer and probably better here for a longer trip.
Moderate run by MC at a meeting where the trainer had a good performance including winning the St Leger. Jockey reported that she was unsuited to the Going (Good). Has run well here on GGF and handled Soft going comfortably LTO.
