SUMMARY

Rail out and adding 21 yards to the race (i.e. and extra 0.1 of a furlong). Rarely run distance but times very slow generally on the day and the going apparently very testing.
Both 2yo races won by the leader through halfway running the rail. First three home here running the rail in a line and those racing wider seemed to be at a real disadvantage. FCF ran Lane 2 throughout and worst sufferer. SAP Lane 1 but has run poorly on softer going before and never really balanced here. Worth another chance on firmer going.
