SUMMARY
Fast conditions on the day and both 2yo races produced notably fast times. Conditions helpful to prominent racers. 1 race at 6f and 4 at 7f on the day with 4 won by the front runner. Both 2yo races won by the leader through halfway.
Jockey on FCF took advantage of conditions and set a strong pace here. 5th+ at halfway spread over 5.5L to 19L back in a long ribbon. That sort of blast can set a race up for Closers but barely anything happened after halfway in terms of positions changes here. Partly because everything was put under pressure to get to the position they were at halfway.
