- Owner bred by Cliveden Stud and trained by HRA Cecil. Won 3 from 4 at 2yo - 6f Novice on July 9th debut, 6f Group2 Richmond Stakes July 31st, 7f Group 2 Champagne Stakes Sept 12th then well beaten 6th of 7 in 7f Group 1 Dewhurst. Unplaced both runs at 3yo, well beaten in 8f Group 3 Craven Stakes then tailed off last in the 2000 Guineas.
- First season sire in 2003 and made a good impression with 14 winners from 39 runners. Got winners from the start of the season over 5f and also through the season over 6-7f. In typical style for many sire his following two seasons have been much less successful with less 2yo runners and only 3 winners 2004-5. He has not had a Northern hemisphere Group winner althoughhe shuttles to stand in New Zealand and has had Group winners there. His best runner in Britain has been Caesar Beware (2004).
- He had 45 yearlings sold in 2005 for an average of 9,000gns. Below average year in 2005 with 5 winners from 24 runners. 24 yearlings sold for an average over 12,000 guineas.
