SUMMARY
Medium breeze as a half tailwind from the left.

Field all fillies and they made up the large majority of the original entries.CBoo a late NR and no reason reported.

Seven Year Itch bought by trainer James Bethell for 7,000 guineas. Mr Bethell having some previous in this regard having bought the 2009 fourth placer in the same race Gertmegalush. Who he won a seller and a York nursery with. That one a bigger male and troublesome which is why he was got rid of. Different shape and feel to this claim.

Race not quite as unexciting as the poor quality and lack of any changes in position from halfway might suggest. No Legs small even in this group of rabbit fillies and sat back in the stalls when they opened and nearly got rid of the jockey getting up and out. So always adrift and not able to prove conclusively she is too underpowered even for an assignment like this. JDixie allowed to settle in 5th and 3L off the lead at halfway. Plugged on a bit before fading but what she is. Other four within 1L of each other at halfway with, from far rail out, SYI, Lilygloves, Becksies & Nannerl.

Race developed into a 2F sprint between the four and the winner a small trier who was most professional. But poor quality form. Nannerl lost 2L at the start then switched to centre track. Appeared to be going ok 2F out but hanging as soon as asked for the final effort and moving awkwardly and hanging left by 1f out. Looking like something hurting or not right. Becksies slightly bigger, in the context of the group, and professional early but a little green and unbalanced inside 2f out and dropped to 4th rolling about. Got back to 2nd, where she started from, by picking up the painful looking pair of Nannerl & Lilygloves on the line. Lilygloves went ok attending the leader for the first 2f but then her head went up and forward as she started to be niggled from halfway. This posture never changed and another looking like something might be pinching her. Meanwhile, the fit and ready Evans rabbit who looked clueless herself 9 days ago on debut (after missing the first race of the season) was able to pull away by putting her head down and sticking at it unpained. All very Lovely.
