SUMMARY

New Race because Bath had to cancel the intended last 4 races on the card because of unsafe ground on the bottom bend and reschedule 4 new 'Sprint' events. Problem had caused the last race at the previous meeting to be abandoned after a horse slipped on the bend in the previous race following rain on firm going. Presume the problem must have been more than just the 'rain' cited on that day. Ridiculous meeting with 2 x 5f races followed by 6 x 5.7f
