- French trained. Well bred with his dam a 5.5f Group 1 2yo winner and he is a half brother to the French 1,000 Guineas winner Always Loyal and the Group 3 winner and sire Key Of Luck (q.v.). Did not win at 2yo and developed with racing at 3yo winning a minor conditions race and a handicap. Won his first 6 races at 4yo starting in a 5.5f Listed race and finally the Group 1 pair of the 6f July Cup and 6.5f Prix Maurice De Gheest.
- At stud in France and is highly regarded there, fee €45,000 in 2005. Gets winners at all distances but better class types tended to be 7-12f range despite his own record.
- Moderate to average record with British raced 2yos 2003-5 with three ordinary winners, at 6-7f, from 14 runners. Appears not to produce 'real' sprinters.Three of his five 2005 representatives made 7f debuts and his only winner was in a moderate 6f maiden and that 2yo later ran over 8f in a nursery.
- 25 yearlings sold in Europe in 2006 for a 24,000 guineas average.
